ACET is seeking Maintenance Administration/Logs and Records Clerks in our Jacksonville, NC location.
Requirements:
4 years of Naval Aviation Maintenance Administration/Data Systems experience.
Demonstrate three (4) years' experience, within the last five (6) years, with U.
S.
Navy or U.
S.
Marine Corps Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) (COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.
2 Series).
Must have completed Logs and Records Configuration Management for Organizational and Intermediate Activities (C-555-0059) Must be intimately familiar with TD coordination, NALCOMIS OOMA and Naval Message traffic format and function.
US Citizen, Capable of obtaining and maintaining installation access and a Common access card.
Completion of NALCOMIS OOMA system analyst course (Course C-555-0049) is a plus.
High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.
Must be able to pass drug test and fit for work physical as required.
Advance Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) Experience in all levels of maintenance preferred.
Desired -Current CAC Holder, UH1/AH1 Experience
Responsibilities:
Maintains aircraft/engine logbooks and associated records.
Certifies logbook entries and screens logbooks and equipment cards for accuracy.
Proficient in performing all operator, data entry, and retrieval functions associated with aircraft recordkeeping in OOMA.
Must be able to perform all Maintenance Administration functions.
Monitor, control, and administer the Maintenance Data System within the activity and use the analysis to provide management tools which aid in the efficient and economical management of the squadron.
Performs networking functions between individual stations which includes analysis, correction of hardware/software errors, and data entry.
Extracts data, formulates/interprets management reports, creates archives, and saves data in support of deployment and detachment operations.
Performs a wide range of clerical and administrative duties related to aircraft maintenance, such as preparing reports/correspondence, filing, typing, and performing data base/systems analyses.
Complies and analyzes records and reports on production.
Inputs data regarding work order information, status changes, supply updates and other pertinent information utilizing NALCOMIS/OOMA Prepares special reports for maintenance updates as required.
Monitors work orders, prepares inter shop and support maintenance requests for unit.
Receives and coordinates aircraft transfers.
Additional duties as may be assigned such as ASM coordination and TD coordination for contractors.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
